Testosterone & TRT Monitoring

Proper monitoring for men on testosterone therapy.

Who it’s for

Men already on testosterone replacement therapy who need regular monitoring, and men whose treatment has been started elsewhere without adequate follow-up. Testosterone therapy needs monitoring — for haematocrit, oestradiol, prostate and liver — and that monitoring needs a doctor looking at it.

What we measure

~30 results

Testosterone
Total testosterone, measured free testosterone, SHBG
Oestradiol
Oestradiol
Haematocrit and blood count
Full blood count including haemoglobin, haematocrit, red cell indices, white cells and platelets
Prostate
PSA
Liver function
Bilirubin, ALP, AST, ALT, gamma GT, total protein, albumin, globulin
Cholesterol
Total, HDL, LDL, non-HDL, triglycerides

Important

Tell us your dose, your formulation and when you last took it — for injections we'll usually want a trough sample, so timing relative to your last dose matters. Most men on stable therapy test every three to four months.

How this compares

Medichecks Advanced TRT

£184 with a clinic draw

Cheaper, but their free testosterone is calculated rather than measured — and TRT monitoring without a doctor reading it is the wrong product.

Competitor prices were correct at the time of writing and may have changed since. Check their site — we’d rather you did.
