Longevity Health Check

The full picture, including the markers most health checks leave out.

Who it’s for

People who want more than the standard panel — usually because of a family history, an age milestone, or simply because they want the detail. This adds the advanced cardiovascular markers that predict risk better than cholesterol alone, and are rarely offered outside specialist clinics.

Why the advanced markers matter

Standard cholesterol tells you how much cholesterol you carry. ApoB tells you how many particles are carrying it, which is a closer measure of risk. Lipoprotein(a) is largely inherited and, for most people, only needs measuring once in a lifetime — but if it's raised, it changes how the rest of your numbers should be read. Very few UK providers measure any of these.

How this compares

Randox Everyman

£416, then £65 more to speak to a GP

150 data points, but no ApoB, no Lp(a), no Lp-PLA2 — and the base package gets you a call with a scientific advisor, not a doctor.
