VITA is a diagnostic tool that monitors and benchmarks key organ functions and important health parameters to identify potential issues at an early stage. A snapshot of your health at a given point, we recommend an annual VITA test.

Blood tests are an excellent way to monitor your general health on an annual basis, especially as you get older. They help to pick up problems at an early, more easily treatable stage, often before illnesses have progressed enough to start causing symptoms.

VITA⁺ is now available and tests the same parameters as VITA as well as PSA for prostate cancer in men and an AMH screen for women to assess fertility and ovarian ageing. These are indicators not full screenings.
About VITA⁺

Within 7 working days of us receiving your blood sample, your results will be sent to you in the post, together with a set of Help Notes. You can use the Help Notes to clarify your understanding of each individual result. If you are in any doubt about what you find we recommend a visit to your GP, who will be able to guide you further.
