How to book a VITA or VITA+ test



The process is the same for each test and they can be booked by calling 0845 833 9153 or online by clicking here

  • You will be sent a VITA / VITA+ test pack containing all you need

  • The VITA/ VITA+ pack must be taken to your Doctor, health centre or private clinic/hospital in your area for the blood to be taken. They may charge you for this service

  • On the same day as your blood is taken, post the samples in the pre-paid labelled envelope to our laboratory in London



Your results

Within 10 days of us receiving the blood sample, your results will be sent to you in the post, together with a set of Help Notes. You can use the Help Notes to clarify your understanding of each individual result.

If you are in any doubt about what you find we recommend that you visit your Doctor who will be able to guide you further.

If you are unsure which test to book, we recommend VITA+ if you are over the age of 45 for males. AMH is suitable for all women who would like an insight into their ovarian reserves and fertility potential.

A snapshot of your health at a given point, we recommend an annual VITA test.
